Yeah - it's selena. But i'm not sure if this is the version they actually use on the show. You can tell at the beginning of this video/song.. selena sings, 'this is the remix'

There are lots of Disney stars that don't sing, just because Disney makes them, doesn't mean they can....give it a second season and she'll be releasing the theme song for the latest tinkerbell movie

I feel like it's not just Selena singing that song - it definitely sounds like her but it seems like another person is singing too, since there are some parts that don't sound like her compared to the rest of the songs she's sung.
