Billy Ray says Miley is "doing great", confirms Miley is working on a new album

Billy Ray was on the Today Show yesterday as well as today. He talked about Miley, the Hunger Games and Miley and Liam's relationship. When Kathy Lee asked how Miley is doing he said that "She's doing great, she's working on a new album" and that "She is very happy right now" and that shes keeping really busy

ikr, Miley, Brandi & Trace are technically grown and hislevel of influence lessened but it's like they don't even pay attention to Braison or Noah, those two always seem like such after-thoughts if they even get a thought at all. In the GQ article he didn't even seem to consider the fact that he was bailing on two of his other children when he went running back home to Nashville away from Miley's 18th Bday.
