oh, okay! I don't really know much about allergies since I have none. I knew that gluten free diets were used to help with Autism, but not the rest! I feel so educated now, haha

it's cool. i just hate how the majority of people on here think they're experts on the diet when they just learned about it from her... lol. my family and i have been living this lifestyle for years. thirteen years ago, they didn't have nearly the amount of gluten/dairy free products that they have available now. people thinking it's hard now have NO idea how difficult it was back then.

oh, i can't even imagine. i've looked up some stuff about it today, and seriously, there's gluten in like, everything! half my easter candy has it (and the other half has dairy), and probably everything in my house besides vegetables and meat. i do not envy you and your family, although it does sound like it can be very healthy if done right.

RIGHT? My brother had to go gluten-free about ten years ago, and omg he couldn't eat anything, and there were like no substitutes. I felt bad, because he was so miserable. This whole gluten-free fad the past few years has blown my mind, because there are all these alternatives now which weren't around back then.
