World Premiere of Demi Lovato's "Heart Attack" single HQ



Demi Lovato surprised her fans by debuting her new single "Heart Attack" early with Ryan Seacrest, almost a weak ahead of schedule (probably in response to the internet leak of the song).

"“I think the image of the video, I’m taking on a different look this time around. I feel like I have my own thing going, like rocker-chic sophisticated, just a different kind of fashion style this time around.”" Demi said about the upcoming video for the single.

"Heart Attack" is now available on iTunes, and is quickly climbing the charts!

It's about time HWR does something right. They're usually so shit when it comes to leaks.

The song is underwhelming and she could do better. They should've have gave this song to Bella Thorne. (that is hoping Demi has no writing credits in this because the lyrics are not good)

The lyrics in the verses are crap, but I like the chorus and the bridge, and it's incredibly catchy. It will definitely get radio play, and I have a pretty good feeling the album isn't going to sound ANYTHING like this.

they should try to get a lyric video out ASAP if they want the song to go on the billboard hot 100 or whatever cause videos count now..then when itunes is released next week it can just only boost it up.

yeah, exactly w/ the whole video thing. streaming counts towards billboard now and HWR are bigger idiots than i thought if they don't take advantage of that. b/c really, they have a much better streaming/downloading market than airplay going by demographics

meh tbh i think this song is getting shat on more than it should just b/c of the lyrics. which yeah, aren't the greatest, but the song still seems really catchy and there are plenty of catchy pop songs w/ dumb lyrics that hit it big.

still not going to take this song as an assessment of her entire album. HWR seems to always release the song that had the least amount of artist input as the single or something. idek

I still don't like it, and it has nothing to do with the lyrics. I don't think it's catchy, and the music is kind of annoying? Idk how to explain it, but it's like weirdly aggressive and not in a fun, catchy kind of way? Idk lol, but it's really doing nothing for me.

I don't know but I REALLY hate this song. I'm not sure why but it seems like a lot of "big notes" which is overwhelming in accordance to the lyrics which are just bad tbh. I know it'll to well on the radio but meh. It's not my kind of song. Hoping for a more Don't Forget-esque sound on some of the songs in the new album.

As much as I love Demi, I was disappointed at this song.

The only part that I like is the chorus. The rest are at least tolerable to listen to. </p>

I can do with just cropping the verses and just listen to the chorus by itself.

hmm...after listening to it again, it has grown on me. This may become a hit with her younger fanbase, but I'm not sure about her more mature fans. I am curious to see how well this single does. I just hope her next single is more on the mature side.
